Hi! I am Lauren Jones — wife, engineer, advocate, and your Mrs. Tennessee International 2025. As one of the few women in automotive engineering, I’ve spent my life building confidence where it is needed most. My journey has taught me that true success isn’t just about achievements — but about knowing your worth, using your voice, and making a lasting impact on others.

At home, I am supported by my loving husband, Ethan Jones and my beloved Mini Australian Shepherd named Scout. Together, we enjoy life in the beautiful East Tennessee hills, where you’ll often find us hiking trails, wakeboarding on the lake, or enjoying the stillness of the outdoors on our back porch.

I am so grateful I am representing the Tri-Star state at Mrs. International in Kingsport, Tennessee this upcoming July. Competing at this level is a dream come true, not just because of the crown, but because of the purpose behind it. As a woman in automotive engineering, I’ve spent years breaking down barriers and owning my identity in space where women are often underrepresented. Now I am bringing that same energy and passion to Mrs. International — not to fit in, but to stand out while lifting others with me.
